Yamaha Club Subscribers will now be receiving the latest edition of their United Kingdom based bi-monthly Magazine, which has been released recently and features various articles and guides that will aid you in the use of your Yamaha keyboard or digital piano.

The June/July edition of the Yamaha Club Magazine features news of ‘RS-3′, a new Regi-Stick for Tyros3 compiled by Yamaha demonstrator Richard Bower. There’s also another set of theatre organ samples, this time recorded directly from the Wurlitzer organ housed in Blackpool Tower’s famous ballroom. The latest magazine also includes all the regular favourites, with ‘hints & tips’ and ‘workshop’ pages – all contributed by top players, teachers and technicians.

New Yamaha Club Tutorial DVD Selection Trailer for Yamaha keyboard and Digital Piano Owners

The Yamaha Club in association with Yamaha Personal Keyboard Owner (YPKO) have released three tutorial DVD offerings so far, providing you with all the essential information you will need if you are going to get the very best from your Yamaha instrument. The tutorials are relevant to a wide range of models because most of the mid to upper range instruments produced since the turn of the century have adopted the same way of working, so the essentials remain unchanged right back to the PSR-1000 keyboard.

There are currently three DVD tutorial disks available including Getting Started: Exploring Music Finder, Understanding Files and Folders and Basic Sequencing – Recording using Song Creator

Yamaha Club Event 2009 – My Experience Reported Live Via Twitter

thumbI have recently arrived home after spending a couple of days at the Yamaha Club Weekend hosted at the Oxford Belfry Hotel. While I was there, I was able to provide live comments and capture photos which I added to an online website called Twitter. I have been using Twitter for quite some time as it provides a very convenient way of providing snippets of information covering your interests.

Yamaha Personal Keyboard Owner is featured as I have written the Yamaha Club and YPKO Online article in this edition. There is also mention of somone on eBay trying to sell one of the Yamaha Club’s Free Tyros3 DVDs for £49.99 – Very cheeky to say the least!

Also a statistic of over 80% of the Yamaha Club membership are now online is revealed. The Internet has certainly transformed the way we communicate and find information and hopefully you all find that my website adds to your keyboard/digital piano experience.
