James
Any sign of the next episode.
I’d love to hear a good demo of the new instruments especially the S500. I think its a great machine and great value for money.
I was saving up for a PSR1500 but could never make the jump so the S500 for £360 was idel.
I’ve listened to all the demos from the show, but i’d love to hear some more lengthy demo.
Regards
Mike

There is a show planned for a couple of weeks time and it will include some samples of a few instruments, hopefully the PSR-S500 will be one of them

Would anyone from Yamaha please say why there have been no new IDC Tyros 2 styles since around Feb 2006 on the IDC?
When the Tyros 2 was first advertised, Yamaha mentioned that there would be new styles released every month (10 per month I think) but there are only about 55 or so for the T2. The T2 has now been out 19 months so I’m sure other owners like myself would appreciate a few new styles.

This website really isn’t the place to ask Yamaha direct questions like that as the answer would then be posted on an unofficial enthusiast site and it is not really their way.
If more styles are released, I am sure there will be a news post here about it.

HI JAMES.
CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO FEATURE THE THEATRE ORGAN SOUNDS FROM TOTAL TRANSFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
THE WURLITZER SOUND ETC.
AS MANY PEOPLE CAN USE THEM ON T2 AND T3 AS WELL AS THE OLD YAMAHA HX1 ORGAN.

The Yamaha Club have mentioned them in their magazine although I have no current plans to feature them in a podcast unless the people responsible contact me directly.
