YPKO Forum Member Meet – Blackpool 2009 Photographs – UPDATED: New Photos Added

Tuesday, 28th April, 2009 - 03:20pm Add comments

ypko-8On the last weekend of April 2009, Blackpool hosted the YPKO Forum Member Meet, organised completely by the community of Yamaha Personal Keyboard Owner.

The people who attended are now no doubt recovering from the aching cheeks from all the laughing and the sleepiness from the late nights and indeed traveling home. Members are now sending in their memories of the event with the many photographs they captured. Members from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Bulgaria attended the event.

Thanks to Ray, Eileen, Jean, Robin, Graham, Willie, Neville, Bill, Georgi and Pamela for sending in their photo collections…

Thanks for sharing the photos. I was trying to identify all you musicians-glad some had their name tags on!

Wow! What a great gathering! It’s really nice to see and share all these photos of you guys. I feel like I know a lot of you already. And, I especially loved Georgi’s photos. So nice to see a bit of your beautiful country as told through Georgi’s camera. He has a very nice eye for photography. And, I think he likes trains as well as Yamaha keyboards! :) Thanks all!

Tom, thanks for your compliments. I am not quite sure if you refer to the pictures in the gallery named ‘Georgi Exploration’. In order to avoid some misunderstanding I would like to note the places on my pictures are actually York, Liverpool, Preston and Blackpool in the UK. There are some pictures of Bulgaria on my website.

Yes, indeed, Georgi. I meant your pics of the British countryside were quite nice. I could tell you sure captured some of the British sites and sounds while you were visiting there. By the way, I have also enjoyed your photos of your home country on your website. Nice work!
